Reflect on the unique purpose God has for your life. Consider how you can align your daily actions with this divine calling.

2. Your Goals:

Spend a moment reviewing your personal and professional goals. What steps can you take today to move closer to achieving them?

3. What Makes You Happy:

Identify the things that bring you joy and fulfillment. How can you incorporate more of these into your daily routine?

Why 7 Minutes?

In our busy lives, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the demands on our time and attention. But dedicating just 7 minutes a day to focus on these important areas can create a ripple effect, helping you stay grounded, motivated, and aligned with your true purpose. It's a small investment of time with a potentially huge payoff!
